Peppermint helps in soothing pain related to tooth decay or cavities. This can be consumed by taking five grams of peppermint in a bowl of water, adding a pinch of salt. Boil this mixture and allow it to absolutely cool, and then consume this mixture of peppermint. This application of peppermint mixture relieves one from the cavity pain and treats all the dental issues.

  1. Warm water:

Salt water helps in reducing the occurrence of cavities and prevents tooth decay. One can use plain warm water to rinse in mouth and to flush out the food debris. It is always advised by dentists to rinse after each and every meal with a glass of warm water.
